Instructions

1. Gather your favorite photos on one or more CDs. The more pictures the better!
2. Choose a main image for your mosaic.
3. Print Out and complete the order form.
4. Snail Mail your CDs, completed form and check or money order payable to Mosaic Fever.
5. In 1-3 weeks we sent to you, a professional print of the highest quality. We use only the best photo printing equipment.  We are associated with a real photo store.

As you can see, we allow ordering of reprints. If you want to order an Original and one or more reprints, indicate this on the order form. You can also use this form to order just reprints up to 6 months after the original order.

Note: For quality purposes some pictures may be excluded from the mosaic creation.
